By Spieker Promotions REYNOLDS, N.D. (June 21, 2017) – This weekend will be a busy one for the Jordan Adams Racing team as they gear up for a big three-race weekend with the NOSA Sprints, which begins tomorrow night at Norman County Raceway in Ada, Minn. The event marks the first and only appearance by the 410 Sprint Car series at the big three-eighths mile oval. Last year, Jordan led the majority of the event before finishing in the third position.
“Ada is the biggest track we race on all year. It's a fun track and Jake usually has it in good shape for us,” Adams said. “Last year I think we led 17 laps there before losing the top spot. Maybe Thursday we can put 25 solid laps together and park it in victory lane.” Friday and Saturday will bring the NOSA Sprints back home to River Cities Speedway for a two-day Greater Grand Forks Fair special. “It's fair week so that adds some extra excitement to the races,” continued Adams. “Also, Midco will be broadcasting live Friday. There is a lot going on this week so everybody should come on out or make sure they tune in on Midco.” RECAP: Last week, Adams took on the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Cars Series at River Cities Speedway. Saturday’s event at Red River Valley Speedway was postponed due to rain. Adams ended the night 17th in the A-main, which made him the second-highest finishing NOSA regular in the field. “Overall I'd say Friday night was a success,” he said “We did what we wanted to do which was make the feature. With 39 cars, 15 were going home. That's more than half of the field that makes the A main. Unfortunately, the feature didn't go very well, but props to the track crew for sticking it out as well as the fans.” Season Stats: Races: 9 Wins: 1 Top Fives: 1 Top Tens: 5 Heat Wins: 1
