REYNOLDS, ND-July, 15th, 2015
Jordan Adams entered last weekends double header feeling pretty confident after climbing into the top 3 at River Cities Speedway points. The weekend started at River Cities Speedway on Friday night. Jordan started 7th in his heat race and crossed the checkers in the 4th position advancing him into the A main. The Home of Economy #20A sprinter was scheduled to start the feature from the 11th position. At the drop of the green flag, Jordan held his ground and maintained his position throughout half of the race. After a red flag halted the race, Jordan put the hammer down and started to make his way to the front. Jordan reached the 7th position when the caution came out on lap 19. On the next restart Jordan jumped up to the 5th position but would lose out to Wade Nygaard and Mitch Mack. "We had a pretty decent car in the heat. I as a driver need to start stepping it up in the heat races so we give ourselves a better starting spot come feature time. In the feature I had a great car. It was fun up challenging for the top positions." Saturday took the team to Devils Lake Speedway for their third and final appearance of the year. Jordan started the heat race from the 6th position and finished 4th. Jordan started the feature from the 10th position, but quickly started making his way forward. Jordan worked the top side of the race track and attempted a few slide jobs, but could not complete them. After starting the last green white checkered restart in the 7th position, Jordan slipped to 9th place. "I was very frustrated with myself after the race. My crew gave me a great car that definitely belonged in the top 5. Sometimes that's just how the green white checkers go. Its a mad scramble." Jordan would like to thank all his partners that are working with him in 2015. Please go view them in the "Partners Category". Next up for the Jordan Adams Racing team is River Cities Speedway on Friday July 17th, and Buffalo River Race Park Saturday July 18th.
