By Spieker Promotions REYNOLDS, N.D. (June 7, 2017) – Coming off the heels of a two-race weekend, the Jordan Adams Racing team will be hard at work again this coming weekend as the NOSA tour has them competing at River Cities Speedway and Jamestown Speedway. Saturday will mark the first Sprint Car race at Jamestown’s high-banked quarter-mile since 2014. Adams took home a fourth place finish on that night after starting in the 10th spot. Last Friday night the Home of Economy / Amity Technology team were back at River Cities Speedway with the Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints. “Friday night started out really good,” said Jordan. “We went 9th to 4th in the heat race. That lined us up 3rd in the feature. We ran around in 3rd and had a really good car.” Jordan had what looked to be his best run of the season going before he was involved in an incident around the halfway point of the feature. “It actually all started on the restart. My row had got passed by the car starting behind me before the leader even had started going,” continued Jordan. “That car then spun out a lap later in front of me and it was all over right away. Sucks for our team, we had a great car. We will be back with even more motivation this week.” After making repairs to the car overnight, the team went west to Devils Lake Speedway for the first of four NOSA events there in 2017. “In the heat race we went 8th to 3rd. We started 5th in the feature and ran 4th for awhile. The rubber came in and we never seemed to be in the right lane for the restarts and lost a few spots and finished 8th. It wasn't a terrible weekend, but we are looking forward to the double header this weekend.” Season Stats: Races: 7 Wins: 0 Top Fives: 0 Top Tens: 4 Heat Wins: 1
