By Spieker Promotions REYNOLDS, N.D. (July 24, 2018) – After missing the two previous Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA events due to engines issues, Jordan Adams returned to action Friday night at River Cities Speedway looking to rebound with a solid run. That’s exactly what he did.
“Friday night was a really good first night back,” said Adams. “In the heat race, we went sixth to the lead by the time we came out of turn one, but unfortunately had to restart as a car had spun out. We ended up getting back to second.” From there, Adams rolled off eighth for the 25-lap feature. “In the feature, we started to come around with about 10 to go,” Adams continued. “We kind of hung out in the eighth-place spot but caught a few cautions and found ourselves right up front in the mix of all things.” Adams came on strong in the closing laps to record a third-place finish – his second of the season. Adams also ran on Saturday night at Devils Lake Speedway in Crary, N.D. The driver of the Home of Economy / DEKALB No. 20A picked up his 15th top 10 of the year with a sixth-place finish. This weekend, Adams will be making his first-ever appearance at Dacotah Speedway in Mandan, N.D. for the Buffalo Wild Wings Governor’s Cup with the NOSA Sprints. “I’m looking forward to this weekend,” said Adams. “I have yet to see the Mandan track. It will kind of be a neutral track for a lot of people. There’s quite a bit of money on the line so hopefully we can keep on running good and pick off some more good finishes.” Stay Connected: Web: JordanAdamsRacing.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Adams20a/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/AdamsRacing20A Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jordanadams20a/?hl=en 2018 Stats: Races: 19 Wins: 0 Top Fives: 9 Top Tens: 15
